Our industrial use polyureas are spray applied, so it is fast to apply and accurately proportioned and mixed. This application style allows for virtually any mil thickness to be applied in one or multiple passes.

Containment

Indy primary and secondary containment products create a seamless, chemically resistant and long lasting protective coating for a wide range of containment needs. Indys coatings can be sprayed onto virtually any type of equipment and substrate material for the construction or repair of primary/secondary containment. Indys Industrial sprayed-on coatings are 100% solids and VOC free.

Industrial Flooring

The Indy family of floor products includes Polyurea, Polyurethane and Polyaspartic solutions for commercial and industrial applications. All of our product formulations have been time-tested to withstand steady foot traffic, industrial equipment and have good chemical resistance. Pedestrian Decking

Indy pedestrian decking features high elongation and tear strength, excellent low temperature flexibility and superior tensile strength to provide a permanent, long-lasting monolithic coating for your application. Some of the Indy products feature extended open time to broadcast granules creating a safe non-slip surface.

Traffic Decking

A parking deck is constantly subjected to extremes. Vehicular traffic, weight loads, freeze-thaw cycles and thermal movement which quickly begin to compromise the structural integrity of a parking deck. Indy traffic deck systems are seamless, waterproof coatings that can prevent the deterioration of the concrete and rusting of the steel rebar and are flexible and adaptable to expansion and contraction.

Marine

The Indy sprayed-on elastomeric polyurethane, polyurea and hybrid formulations are incredibly versatile for marine applications. They can be utilized on boats, ships, docks, pilings, personal watercraft, trailers and more. Our flexible and textured formulations reduce surface slippage, shield against abrasion and impacts, and will not be affected by weather or other environmental factors.

Additional characteristics such as slip resistant additives and surface textures can also be incorporated, UV stable colors can be achieved, and even NSF potable water approved systems are also possible.

Indys industrial coatings offer excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces and can be used as an alternative to epoxy, fiberglass and other mat reinforced lining systems. Our high performance coatings combine high tensile strength and elongation properties with low permeability and high impact resistance, making them ideal where a tough, flexible (or hard) liner is needed.

Airtight and Watertight

All formulations are airtight and watertight, capable of preventing rust and corrosion, providing seamless protection from the harsh, corrosive environment. Aliphatic base and topcoats are available for use when color fast applications are needed and are designed to protect your equipment and property from sun damage and color fading.
