Step By Step Application Procedure
Indy Spray On Bedliners are professionally applied by our network of fully trained applicators, our application procedure of quality bedliners has been refined over the years and includes the following step-by-step process. Follow along to see what it takes.
Step 1
All hardware such as tie downs and tailgate bolts are removed (where possible) and the bed is wiped down with wax and grease remover to clean any substances that may stop the liner from adhering.
Step 2
A special wire cutting tape is applied to all edges where the liner will be trimmed.
Step 3
Paper and plastic film are used to mask all areas of the truck that are not to be sprayed.
Step 4
The edges are hand sanded to avoid damaging the paint beyond the liner and main areas are power sanded to ensure permanent adhesion. All the dust from sanding is blown off the bed.
Step 5
The liner is sprayed into the bed and onto the tailgate by a trained applicator and is thoroughly inspected before the masking is removed.
Step 6
The wire cutting tape is pulled up through the coating to produce clean edges. The rest of the masking is removed and all hardware is replaced. You now have a professionally applied spray on bed liner that will last a lifetime.
